Week 264: SQUARE

It's hip to be square this week here at CASology!  Let's see where your brainstorming takes you!

As always, remember the following CAS guidelines when creating your design:
  1. One main image
  2. Lots of open space, uncluttered
  3. Limited layers & embellishments
  4. Quick & easy to recreate (Note: It may take a while to create a design you like, but once you have that design, making more should be a piece of cake!)
Take a look at what the design team has created for inspiration!

design defined:
Use foam adhesive to add dimension and interest and still keep it CAS.

design defined:
Frame your image with blocks of color to draw the eye into your card.

Black & white is the solution to keep things CAS!

Let the sentiment take center stage to keep a design CAS.

 design defined:
Patterned paper in small doses keeps things CAS (in this case, tiny doses).

 design defined:
Scatter a few clear gems to add interest without too much busyness.

design defined:
When matching patterned papers, use a combination of large and small prints.

design defined:
Mount die cuts using foam to add some depth to a CAS card.

  design defined:
Use a simple color scheme and clean fonts to keep things CAS.

 design defined:
Create a mask to add selective inking for a background.

design defined:
Rotate stamps for more mileage and a different look out of your stamps.

Go have fun creating your CAS design and don't forget to link up here on the challenge blog by Monday at NOON (CDT)!
